Targeting Different Tango Devices

<uses-library android:name="com.projecttango.libtango_device2" android:required="true" />

So long as your <uses-library/> tag contains "…device2" then it will be available on the Phab2Pro as well as Yellowstone.
If you want to target Yellowstone only, take the "2" off the end.
If you want to target Phab2 Pro only, set minSDK to "23".
